Women’s Bible Study
Women’s Bible Study meets each Wednesday at the Bluebonnet Room, Boggy Ford & American Drive from 9:30 – 11:30am. Our subjects change from time to time.

Men’s Bible Study
Our Men’s Bible Study meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month from 8:00am to 9:30am in the Worship Center (map) ). We are studying 1 Corinthians – that great letter to the church by Paul the Apostle. Dr. Ken Bailey takes us via video through this wonderful letter and shows us how this letter is for all the church even down to today in a straight forward manner. He will give you insights that you’ve never thought of or read about before.
The meeting is open to all men in the community. Before the study starts we gather for tacos, coffee, juice and/or water, so please come and see. We’d love to have you. Contact Rev. Rick Waters or Rev. Chuck Smith at 267-1700 for more information.
Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Group
The Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Group meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 10:30am. Meetings are held in the Lago Vista Public Library next door to City Hall on Dawn Drive. Contact Donna Nash at 512-267-5947 or Dave Freeman at 512-267-1700 for more information.
Cancer Support Group
Meetings are held every 2nd Thursday of each month beginning at 6:30 PM at the Lago Vista Public Library next door to City Hall on Dawn Drive. Please call Shirley Sherwood at 512-423-4023 for more information.
Jonestown Community Center
Toiletries of all sizes (personal items & cleaning supplies) are being collected for the senior adults served by the community center in Jonestown. Please drop off your toiletries at the Center in Jonestown next to the Jonestown City offices or place them in the bin at the inside entrance of the church on Sunday mornings.
Hill Country Ministries
When you shop, please buy an extra item or two to donate to the food bank. Canned meats, cereals, canned vegetables are all welcome. But please ensure that packaging is sealed and that the product has not outdated. Hill Country cannot accept previously opened packages or outdated product.

If you or someone you care for is in need of pastoral care, please call the office at 512-267-1700.
Altar Flowers
The church has nice flower vases that can be used if someone would like to provide altar flowers for worship. Buying a bouquet of flowers and bringing them to church yourself is much less expensive than ordering from a florist. Contact Mary Ann Childs for use of the vases since she stores them at her home. Thank you!
LCF Building Fund
Lakeside Christian Fellowship has established a “Designated Building Fund”. Donations to this fund should be made payable to Lakeside Christian Fellowship with “Building Fund” on the memo area of the check. Thank You!
Prayer Request Cards
We provide prayer request cards in the attendance booklet which you sign when you arrive for Sunday Service. Please fill out your prayer request as soon as you get seated. They will be collected early in the service by the ushers during the announcements and given to the Pastor to include in his time of prayer.
Office Hours
Linda Anderson, Church Administrator will have office hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 am to 3pm. Rev. Chuck Smith’s office hours are on Mondays. Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am to 1pm. Rev. Smith has an open door policy during his office hours. If you need to meet with him after his office hours, please call and make an appointment. Rev. Smith will also be in and out during the day on Tuesdays. Please call Rev. Smith to make an appointment on Tuesdays.
“Men in Trucks”
Our men’s fellowship members are offering their time and resources to anyone who needs help doing handyman tasks and odd jobs around the house that are not typically covered by local vendors.
